My toolbox teammate and I had the impression that our work was a matter of life or death for them, and we were stimulated to work in an effective, thorough and innovative way. This is highly energizing and can help professionals realize that they can also have lasting impact in the corporate environment by taking initiative and ownership. We also learned a lot in terms of inter-personal skills: the associative world is rich in strong and varied personalities… This project was full of challenges – intellectual, inter-personal and even emotional. Putting the energy and time on top of an already busy career was difficult at times.
