Scope
ToolBox works with mid-sized non-profits that are active in the social sector and whose beneficiaries are based in Belgium.
ToolBox will carry out a due diligence on a number of organisational and strategic issues (mission, vision, strategy, processes and infrastructure) to identify key work priorities with the non-profit served.
Non-profits served benefit from the skills and experience of a pool of volunteering professionals that are active in the areas of management, human resources, communications and fund raising.
